We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented

Real Estate Sourcing Manager

to build and manage a strong network of channel partners across Mumbai. The candidate will play a key role in activating and nurturing channel partner relationships to generate business for our mandate project located at

Hadapsar, Pune East

.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, onboard, and activate new channel partners from Mumbai. Build strong relationships with real estate brokers, agents, and channel networks. Ensure consistent flow of leads and bookings for the Pune East project. Organize channel partner meets, site visits, and engagement activities. Monitor channel partner performance and ensure regular business generation. Coordinate with the sales team for smooth closure of deals. Achieve monthly and quarterly sourcing targets.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1 to 5 years of experience in real estate sourcing / channel partner management. Strong network of real estate brokers and agents in Mumbai. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset. Ability to travel as required for business needs.
