for our Real Estate business who will be responsible for identifying and onboarding landowners, channel partners, brokers, and vendors crucial for driving sales and business growth. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of the local real estate ecosystem and strong connections with market players.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and develop relationships with
channel partners
, brokers, and landowners across targeted regions.
Identify
land parcels
and build acquisition pipelines in line with the company's expansion strategy.
Build a
network of channel partners
to generate leads and drive sales for residential and plotting projects.
Negotiate commercial terms and commission structures with brokers and channel partners.
Maintain updated records of partner performance and lead tracking via CRM tools.
Ensure effective onboarding, training, and engagement of new partners.
Coordinate with the marketing and sales team to drive footfall and bookings via sourced partners.
Liaise with legal and compliance teams for smooth documentation and due diligence.
Monitor local market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field
5-10 years of experience in
real estate sourcing, channel management.
Strong understanding of real estate markets, especially in Mumbai.
Well-connected with brokers, aggregators, IPCs, and local market agents.
Excellent negotiation, networking, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in CRM software and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
