- Being a part of extensive outreach to Channel Partners
- Creating a team of dedicated Channel partners ensuring best terms of engagements with them and leveraging Mahindra equity of trust, transparency and integrity through them
- Developing strong cross sales expertise through regional CPs
- Following up with the channel partners for lead generation and identifying the support required for the same
- Taking customers for the site visit and following up to close the deal
- Updating CPs about their leads & walk-ins
- Coordinating internally for the pay-outs of CPs in a timely manner
- Updating the channel partner details on CRM on a regular basis
- Being aware about the product and CP offerings by competitors
