Key Responsibilities
Source new clients and generate qualified leads through various channels.
Drive the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.
Achieve individual and team sales targets consistently.
Expand the customer base by identifying new markets and business opportunities.
Improve sales closing ratios through effective negotiation and client management.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing across KDMC, Thane, and Navi Mumbai.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for management review.
Guide and support team members to enhance productivity and achieve goals.
Required Experience & Skills
Minimum
4 years of experience
in sourcing and closing deals.
Strong market knowledge of
KDMC, Thane, and Navi Mumbai
regions.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong networking ability and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities.
Team management or team handling experience (preferred).
