We work directly with producers at the origin to bring our customers (specialty coffee roasters) high quality coffees safely, on-time and consistently with the use of efficient digital frameworks. We believe in traceability through the chain and are highly committed to transparency towards all our stakeholders.Opportunity We are looking for an experienced Sourcing Manager, who would take the lead on Attesa Coffee's green coffee sourcing from India and other Asian / African countriesWhat you'll do

• Develop and maintain relationships with green coffee providers in India such as specialty coffee producers, estates, small farmers, curing works, etc
• Further, develop relationships with green coffee providers in Asia and Africa
• Assist towards sales of green coffee to roasters/customers within the European market
• Develop and implement strategies for acquiring new accounts
• Oversee logistics and transport process of green coffee from sourcing countries to Europe
• Align closely with the management team and sales team to ensure a consistent supply of green coffees to fulfill customer demand
• Monitor Indian market developments/intelligence and present findings to headquarters
• Assist in managing all Indian office operations, including samples facilitation
• Travel to visit suppliers/build relationships with coffee producers across India
• Travel and represent Attesa Coffee in global coffee events - fairs/conferences

What you'll need

• 2-3 years experience in procurement of Agri products such as coffee, tea, spice, fruit, etc.
• Ability to build rapport quickly & effectively manage sourcing process with suppliers
• Ability/preference to work in a dynamic/entrepreneurial environment
• Strong communication skills in English
• Ability to travel
