Identify, engage, and manage relationships with Institutional Channel Partners (ICPs) to drive sales and revenue growth.
Develop and execute strategies to source leads and opportunities through partner networks.
Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to maximize channel effectiveness.
Track partner performance, analyze sales metrics, and optimize channel strategies.
Provide regular updates and reports on channel performance to management.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum 5+ years of experience in channel sales or partner sourcing, preferably in real estate.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
Deep understanding of the Western Line (Mumbai) market and its real estate channel ecosystem.
