Job Summary:

The Sourcing Manager will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and acquiring land parcels or properties for development in line with the company's growth strategy. The role requires deep market knowledge, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain a network of landowners, brokers, and government authorities to ensure a consistent pipeline of opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and source potential land parcels and development opportunities aligned with business objectives. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and feasibility studies to assess project viability. Build and maintain strong relationships with landowners, brokers, channel partners, and government bodies. Lead negotiations for land acquisition, joint ventures, or development agreements. Coordinate with the legal team for due diligence, title verification, and regulatory clearances. Work with finance and project teams to evaluate financial feasibility and ROI for sourced properties. Monitor real estate market trends, government policies, and zoning regulations. Ensure compliance with RERA, municipal, and other statutory requirements during sourcing. Maintain a structured database of land parcels, deals in the pipeline, and acquisition status reports. Represent the company in discussions with external stakeholders to build credibility and trust.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred). 7+ years of experience in land sourcing, acquisition, or business development in the real estate industry. Proven track record of successful land acquisitions and deal closures. Strong understanding of real estate laws, local regulations, zoning, and government processes. Excellent negotiation, networking, and relationship management skills. High analytical ability to assess financial and legal feasibility. Strong communication and presentation skills. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and real estate market research tools.
