Job Description

Identify and onboard new channel partners (brokers, agents, property consultants). Maintain strong relationships with existing partners and resolve queries or conflicts. Train partners on project details, pricing, incentives, and sales processes. Drive qualified leads through the channel partner network. Follow up with partners to track lead conversions and ensure timely closures. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure partner-led leads are properly nurtured. Monitor market trends and competitor activity. Share feedback with the internal team for improving offerings and strategy. Ensure timely disbursement of channel partner incentives and maintain documentation. Enforce adherence to company policies, ethics, and branding guidelines. Organize channel partner meets, training sessions, and property site visits. Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking platforms.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
