Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage relationships with channel partners, brokers, and agents.
Identify new sourcing opportunities and generate qualified leads.
Build and maintain a strong client database for continuous business growth.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth closure of deals.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sourcing targets.
Requirements
3-6 years of experience in
real estate sourcing / channel partner management / sales
.
Strong network in the Navi Mumbai market (preferred).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
