The Sourcing Manager will be responsible for generating qualified leads and developing channel partner networks to drive sales for the company's real estate projects. The role involves identifying potential buyers, building strong broker and channel partner relationships, and ensuring a steady pipeline of site visits and closures.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Sourcing:
Identify and source prospective clients through field visits, references, channel partners, and corporate tie-ups.
Develop and maintain a database of potential buyers and investors.
Channel Partner Management:
Onboard new brokers, agents, and channel partners.
Build and maintain long-term relationships to ensure consistent lead inflow.
Organize channel partner meets, training, and engagement activities.
Business Development:
Collaborate with marketing teams to implement sourcing strategies.
Drive site visits and ensure proper coordination between sourcing, sales, and closing teams.
Track competitor activities and market trends for effective sourcing.
Team Coordination & Reporting:
Work closely with sales teams to achieve monthly booking targets.
Share daily/weekly reports on sourcing activities, leads generated, and conversions.
Ensure proper documentation of all channel partner agreements and client interactions.
