We are seeking a dynamic, motivated, and results-driven
Property Consultant
to join our elite real estate team. The ideal candidate must have
at least 2 year of hands-on sales experience in the property market
, with a strong track record in closing deals, understanding client needs, and delivering tailored real estate solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively promote and sell residential and commercial properties across SOBO
Generate new leads through networking, referrals, property portals, and marketing campaigns
Conduct property viewings, client meetings, and site inspections
Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on the SOBO real estate market, trends, and investment opportunities
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market conditions, legal regulations, and new project launches
Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction
Maintain CRM records, follow up with leads, and build a long-term client database
Coordinate with developers, mortgage advisors, and legal teams to facilitate transactions
Requirements:
Minimum 2 year of real estate sales experience preferred
Knowledge of properties in SOBO
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Professional appearance and positive attitude

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
