Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and well-networked
Sourcing Manager
to drive
client and channel partner acquisition
for our
residential apartments
,
IT/commercial spaces
, and
retail shops (SOPs)
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building a strong broker network, generating quality leads, and boosting site walk-ins across project verticals. This is a front-end, outreach-driven role requiring strong local market knowledge and client-handling experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, onboard, and maintain relationships with active
channel partners (CPs)
for all asset classes
Generate and qualify leads for
residential flats
,
IT offices
, and
retail shops
Organize and conduct CP meets, presentations, and project walkthroughs
Ensure regular engagement and updates to CPs about project launches, inventory, and schemes
Coordinate site visits and ensure effective handover to sales/closing team
Maintain a lead tracking system and CP performance database
Monitor local market activity, competitor launches, pricing, and broker movements
Collaborate with internal teams to align sales targets and marketing efforts
Achieve sourcing KPIs like lead volumes, CP registrations, and qualified walk-ins
Candidate Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred
4-5 years of relevant experience in real estate client sourcing and channel partner development
Proven experience in handling
both residential and commercial property sales
Existing broker network in the city/region is highly preferred
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
Ability to plan and execute CP outreach initiatives independently
Proficient in MS Office tools and CRM software
Preferred Qualities:
Strong awareness of local real estate trends and pricing dynamics
Confident in conducting site presentations and interacting with NRI clients if required
Self-motivated and result-oriented approach
Ability to multitask across asset classes and campaigns
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
