Job Overview:
We are seeking aSourcing Manager to lead our procurement efforts and ensure that we have a reliable supply of goods and services at the best possible prices. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sourcing strategies, evaluating suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing supplier relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement sourcing strategies to identify and select the best suppliers for our company.
-Conduct research and evaluations of potential suppliers, evaluating their capabilities, reputation, and financial stability.
-Negotiate contracts with suppliers to get the best prices, terms, and conditions for our company.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, managing any issues that may arise and ensuring that they are meeting our needs.
-Identify opportunities to reduce costs by negotiating better prices, consolidating orders, or finding alternative suppliers.
-Develop and maintain procurement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
