Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Casting (CI / SG / Steel / Aluminum): Source foundries for CI, SG iron, steel, and aluminum castings Coordinate for pattern development, tooling, and sample approvals Verify casting grades, composition, heat treatment, and testing Ensure compliance with drawings and technical specifications Manage foundry lead time and casting rejection control

Machining:

Source CNC / VMC / HMC / conventional machining vendors Ensure machining feasibility as per drawings and tolerances Coordinate for first article inspection (FAI) and sample approval Monitor machining capacity, cycle time, and delivery schedules Support cost optimisation and process improvement

Sheet Metal & Fabrication:

Source vendors for laser cutting, bending, punching, welding, and fabrication Coordinate development of fixtures, jigs, and dies Ensure surface finish, welding quality, and dimensional accuracy Manage powder coating, plating, and painting vendors

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per year
