Job Description

The Strategic Sourcing Manager will develop and execute sourcing strategies to secure high-quality materials, equipment, and subcontractor services at optimal total cost of ownership. This role is critical to ensuring project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met while mitigating supply chain risks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction procurement, supplier relationship management, and contract negotiation.

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Minimum of 3 yrs to max 6 years of strategic sourcing/procurement experience, with at least 3 years in the construction industry. Proven track record in managing large-scale procurement for construction projects . Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and procurement software.

Skills & Competencies

Expert negotiation and contract management skills. Strong analytical and financial acumen (TCO, should-cost modeling). Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and subcontractor services. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Familiarity with construction regulations, safety standards, and quality assurance.
