We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented

Sourcing Manager - Commercial Real Estate

to join our team. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of the

commercial property market

, including office spaces, retail outlets, and industrial properties. The candidate will be responsible for identifying and sourcing suitable commercial properties, building a strong broker and channel partner network, and maintaining updated knowledge of available inventory in target locations. The role involves generating quality leads through field sourcing, property visits, networking, and local market intelligence. The Sourcing Manager will work closely with the sales and leasing teams to ensure smooth lead handovers and accurate property details. Strong negotiation skills, excellent communication, and familiarity with the regulatory aspects of commercial real estate transactions are essential. Candidates with previous experience in the commercial real estate segment and strong market connections will be given preference.

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
