--not land acquisition or redevelopment.
Key Responsibilities:
Build, nurture, and expand a strong
channel partner network
across Central Mumbai.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Sourcing Managers to achieve monthly activation and lead targets.
Drive consistent channel partner engagement through visits, meetings, and relationship management
. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handovers and closure support.
Track team performance, field activities, and partner pipeline updates.
Ensure growth in channel partner productivity and market penetration.
Candidate Requirements:
4-8 years of experience in
channel partner sourcing
in real estate.
Strong and active channel partner/broker network in Central Mumbai.
Proven team handling and leadership abilities.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
