Lead the sales process from sourcing to deal closure for real estate projects.
Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and clients.
Drive sales in the KDMC, Thane, and Navi Mumbai regions.
Monitor team performance and ensure target achievement.
Collaborate with the marketing and CRM teams for lead conversion.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing.
Minimum 4 years of experience in real estate sales.
Proven track record in sourcing and closing deals.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
KRAs:
Achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Expansion of new customer base.
Improvement in sales closing ratios.
