Job Summary: The Global Talent Sourcing Team is a specialized team within Talent Acquisition and partners with leaders throughout the company to enable Lowe\'s to attract, source, and onboard the very best passive talent. The team partners with cross country peers in the United States to ensure our talent pipelines have a steady flow of candidate leads that are ready to be engaged and qualified against immediate and long-term hiring needs. As the Manager of the Talent Sourcing Team, you will drive, inspire, and act as a thought partner to a high-performing team of Talent Sourcers who specialize in market research and mapping. The team works across a variety of functions at Lowe\'s, and you will be the connector and thought partner identifying opportunities for cross country collaboration. The ideal leader possesses broad business acumen, the ability to think outside of the box, and the ability to successfully build and lead an inclusive and diverse team. Roles & Responsibilities: . Manage and coach Talent Sourcing team as they develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies. . Create a strong sense of global team unity and engagement by building team and individual capability (business acumen, partnering & influencing skills). . Support career development plans for the team. . Work closely with Talent leadership to identify opportunities for both immediate and long-term strategic initiatives to support the sourcing top talent. . Act as the talent sourcing expert to the global business. Depending on the day, your work could include using your team\'s market sizing research to guide pipeline operations, advising on the best way to structure an agile team, or providing recommendations on process improvement. . Focus on KPI\'s including cost per hire, funnel metrics, diversity, channel effectiveness and candidate and hiring manager experience. . Own weekly business and quarterly reporting on business and team goals. Years of Experience . 8+ years of experience sourcing full-time IT, technology, and/or digital professionals or 2+ years in-sourcing for corporate or supply chain professionals. . 2+ years leading high-performing sourcing and/or recruiting teams in a fast-paced environment. You have the ability to assess various individuals\' strengths and determine how to leverage them in the most effective way. . Strong analytical skills coupled with a broad global business perspective. You can quickly learn about and convey credibility across a wide range of business topics. Experience & Skills required: . Deep knowledge of talent sourcing and/or the recruitment process with emphasis on generating high-quality candidates for a high-volume talent pipeline strategy . Focus on effective networking methods to reach the greatest number of potential candidates through internet sourcing, direct mailing, LinkedIn, industry leads & sources, key contacts, portals, etc. . Good Understanding for US Talent Market , Country Specific Labour guideline . Good understanding for VISA, Work Permits or Company sponsorship requirement of employment . Advanced skills utilizing standard sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, SeekOut, and HireEZ. . Strong stakeholder influencing skills and ability able to navigate through ambiguous scenarios to achieve the desired outcome. . Passionate about the need for greater diverse and inclusive leadership for business success. . Exceptional communication skills to cultivate and manage effective relationships with a wide range of individuals across the organization. . Excellent business judgment and time management skills. . Ability to Influence leaders in taking decisions for the organization. . Ability to partner effectively with HR business partners & HR Operations team members. . Possess strong analytical skills with the ability to create and develop measures for operational efficiency. Secondary Skills (desired) : . Outstanding organizational and time management skills .
