Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented
Sourcing & Closing Manager
to join our sales team at Empire Centrum. The candidate will be responsible for both
lead sourcing and deal closures
, with a major focus on
Industrial Unit and Residential Sales
.
The role involves
weekday sourcing
and
weekend sourcing as well as closing
, aligning with peak customer engagement periods.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Sourcing & Generation:
Build a strong database of prospective buyers through channel partners, brokers, corporate connects, and direct marketing.
Conduct market mapping to identify and approach potential industrial and residential clients.
Sales & Closures:
Conduct project presentations, client interactions, and site visits to convert prospects into buyers.
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable options across industrial, residential, and commercial segments.
Handle price negotiations, payment discussions, and documentation coordination till closure.
Client Relationship Management:
Ensure regular follow-ups and maintain strong relationships for referrals and repeat business.
Deliver a seamless and customer-centric buying experience.
Market Intelligence:
Stay informed on competing projects, market prices, and buyer trends to improve conversion strategies.
Share feedback and insights for sales improvement and promotional initiatives.
Candidate Profile:
Minimum
2 years of experience
in
Real Estate Sales
, preferably in
Industrial Unit / Gala Sales
.
Exposure to
Residential, Commercial Office, or Retail Sales
will be an added advantage.
Strong understanding of the
Ambernath, Thane, or MMR market
.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven with the ability to manage both sourcing and closing effectively.
Willingness to work on weekends (with compensatory weekday offs).
Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing or Real Estate preferred).
Experience:
Minimum 2 years and above in real estate sales.
