Job Description
We, Naman Staffing are hiring for one of our client into Industrial Automation Designation: Sourcing Leader Position: Vadodara Qualification: BE/B.Tech – Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation & Control/ Mechanical Engineering Experience: 15+ Years
- Technical Buyer with Strong Commercial knowledge
- Proven Negotiations Skills
- Developing procurement strategies that are inventive and cost-effective.
- Sourcing and engaging reliable suppliers and vendors.
- Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous terms.
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Approving purchase orders and organizing and confirming delivery of goods and services.
- Performing risk assessments on potential contracts and agreements.
- Controlling the procurement budget and promoting a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs.
- Overseeing and managing the IT systems that track shipments, inventory, and the supply of goods.
- Preparing procurement reports.
- Preferably working in companies handling large projects – specially from Govt. Companies / PSU / NOC etc.
- Knowledge of Process Automation, Metering Skids, Plant Automation, PLC / UPS / DCS / IT solutions etc. preferred.
- Responsible for placing orders within schedule timelines, deliveries, supplier payments & all issues related starting from supplier quote to payment.
