Job Description

We are seeking an experienced

Sourcing Leader - Electrical, Tools & Hardware

to manage and strengthen our supplier base, control procurement costs, and ensure timely availability of quality materials. The ideal candidate will have strong vendor negotiation skills, in-depth market knowledge of electrical and hardware products, and the ability to lead sourcing activities aligned with business growth plans.

Sourcing & Procurement

Lead sourcing activities for

electrical components, tools, and hardware products

Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers to improve cost, quality, and supply continuity Develop long-term sourcing strategies aligned with company objectives

Vendor Management

Negotiate pricing, payment terms, MOQs, and delivery schedules with vendors Build strong relationships with domestic suppliers and manufacturers Conduct periodic vendor performance reviews (cost, quality, delivery, service)

Cost Optimization

Drive cost reduction initiatives through strategic sourcing and negotiation Monitor market trends, price fluctuations, and alternative suppliers Ensure best value procurement without compromising quality

Quality & Compliance

Ensure suppliers meet required quality standards and specifications Coordinate with internal quality and operations teams to resolve issues Ensure compliance with company procurement policies

Team & Coordination

Guide and support sourcing/procurement team members Coordinate with production, sales, and finance teams for demand planning Maintain accurate procurement documentation and MIS reports
