Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic

Sourcing Team Leader

to join our real estate division. The ideal candidate must have

2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in real estate sourcing

, with strong working knowledge of the

Navi Mumbai, Thane, and Mumbai

property markets. The candidate should be capable of

leading and managing a team of Sourcing Managers

, guiding them to generate quality leads through broker networks, field sourcing, digital platforms, and local outreach campaigns. The role requires a deep understanding of residential real estate trends, locality-specific demand, and buyer behavior in the mentioned regions. The Sourcing Team Leader will be responsible for setting targets, monitoring performance, ensuring timely follow-ups, and maintaining coordination between the sourcing, pre-sales, and sales teams to improve lead conversions. Strong leadership, communication, and market networking skills are essential for this position.

Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?55,000.00 per month
