About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

Sourcing First Mile Operations Executive

to manage and streamline purchase order coordination, vendor follow-ups, and inbound logistics. This role ensures timely delivery, accurate order tracking, and smooth coordination between vendors and the warehouse team.

Key Responsibilities

Vendor Coordination & PO Tracking

Conduct regular follow-ups with vendors to ensure timely Purchase Order (PO) fulfillment. Track PO status, highlight potential delays or exceptions, and escalate when required. Maintain vendor performance data for accuracy, timelines, and issue tracking.

Issue Resolution & Coordination

Provide early visibility on vendor delays, misses, and operational bottlenecks. Coordinate closely with the Warehouse (WH) team to ensure on-time receiving of goods. Act as the primary point of contact to address and resolve any stuck or delayed PO cases.

Reporting & Documentation

Maintain accurate records of POs, shipment updates, delays, and delivery schedules. Prepare weekly reports on PO status, vendor performance, and issue resolution.

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business Management, or related field. 2-4 years of experience in sourcing, logistics coordination, or supply chain operations. Strong communication, follow-up, and stakeholder coordination skills. Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic ERP systems. Strong attention to detail and ability to solve problems proactively.

Preferred Attributes

Experience in fashion, jewellery, retail, or e-commerce industry. Knowledge of first-mile operations and procurement cycle. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
