job portals.


Travel to engage with

Medical colleges, Paramedical

/nursing and pharmacy colleges, job

fairs and other institutes to source

profiles, conduct on-site interviews

if required.


Develop and implement

recruitment strategies for field

positions in alignment with the

ERF, timelines and

project budget .


Maintain a database of

potential candidates for future

openings.


Support the operations

team by providing pool of backup

resources for daily operations in the

event of staff leave.


Any other task that maybe

assigned by the Ops Manager.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
