Role:
Source gig workers through databases, ads & referrals.
Call & screen candidates, build trust, and maintain database (city/state/category).
Prepare and hand over workers to project team.
Requirements:
Good communication (Hindi/English; regional is a plus).
Comfortable with daily calling & Excel/Google Sheets.
0-3 yrs fresher/experience in recruitment/telecalling.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
