Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective clients, share property details, and understand their requirements.
Follow up on inquiries generated through online portals, social media, and marketing campaigns.
Maintain an updated client and property database with accurate details.
Schedule and coordinate site visits between clients and the sales team.
Visit multiple locations to source new property listings and collect property information.
Build strong relationships with brokers, channel partners, and property owners.
Verify property details and ensure authenticity before listing.
Share daily updates on calls, leads, and sourced inventory with the team.
Support the sales team by generating quality leads through both calling and field sourcing efforts.
Skills & Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in telecalling or field sourcing (real estate preferred).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Confidence to handle calls and willingness to travel for sourcing.
Basic understanding of real estate market trends.
Good interpersonal skills and ability to convert leads into site visits.
