As a Sales Sourcing Executive in the real estate industry, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by connecting with new channel partners, generating leads, prospecting potential clients, managing client relationships, presenting properties effectively, negotiating contracts, analyzing market trends, reporting on sales activities, continuously learning and developing skills, and collaborating with team members.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Connect with New Channel Partners:
Identify and establish relationships with new channel partners such as real estate agencies, brokers, developers, and other industry professionals.
Collaborate with channel partners to explore new sales opportunities and expand the network.
Lead Generation:
Utilize various channels including online platforms, social media, networking events, and referrals to generate leads.
Develop innovative strategies to attract potential buyers or investors interested in real estate properties.
Prospecting:
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and target markets.
Utilize prospecting techniques to engage with potential clients and qualify leads effectively.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and nurture strong relationships with clients through regular communication, follow-ups, and personalized interactions.
Provide exceptional customer service to address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly.
Property Presentation:
Conduct property presentations and tours for potential buyers, highlighting the unique features and benefits of properties.
Prepare high-quality marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and virtual tours to showcase properties effectively.
Negotiation and Closing:
Negotiate terms and conditions of sales contracts to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
Facilitate the closing process by coordinating with clients, attorneys, lenders, and other relevant parties.
Market Analysis:
Monitor real estate market trends, including pricing, supply and demand dynamics, and competitor activities.
Analyze market data to identify opportunities and develop strategic sales plans.
Sales Reporting:
Generate regular reports on sales activities, lead generation efforts, pipeline status, and performance metrics.
Provide insights and recommendations to the management team based on sales data and analysis.
Continuous Learning and Development:
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to real estate sales.
Participate in training programs, workshops, and seminars to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate effectively with other sales team members, marketing professionals, and internal departments to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Share knowledge, insights, and experiences to contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.

Self-motivated, result-oriented, and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
