SOURCING EXECUTIVE

Location : Chennai, Coimbatore, Hosur, Gummidipoondi, Bangalore, Odisha

Experience: Min 2+ year of experience in Sales Recruitment

Specialized knowledge in recruitment, campus hiring & mass hiring

Qualification: Graduation

Salary: upto 40,000

Job purpose

Utilize various sourcing methods including college partnerships, headhunting,
tele-calling, and job portals to identify and attract qualified candidates for

Banking and Insurance clients.

Meet and exceed set targets by consistently maintaining a robust candidate
pipeline to fulfill client needs on a monthly basis.

Ensure timely and accurate delivery of candidates aligned with client
mandates, particularly for Sales Officer roles

Adhere strictly to recruitment processes and maintain high levels of
compliance.
