Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated

Sourcing Executive (Field)

to be deployed at our client's factory location in

Pithampur

. The role involves end-to-end recruitment of factory workers, managing attendance and payroll, and coordinating shift schedules. The selected candidate will act as a key liaison between our organization and the client for manpower and compliance support.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and recruit factory workers from field locations such as local labor hubs, communities, and job fairs. Manage attendance records of workers deployed at the client site. Handle client payroll-related documentation and coordination. Oversee and manage shift allocation and shift-wise worker availability. Facilitate joining formalities, document collection, and record maintenance for new hires. Coordinate regularly with the client's HR or plant head to address daily manpower requirements. Travel as needed to source candidates from nearby areas and ensure timely manpower supply.

Key Requirements:

Any graduate with field coordination and recruitment skills. Minimum 1 year of experience in factory worker recruitment, payroll handling, or shift management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of attendance and payroll processing systems. Good command of MS Office (especially Excel). Must be willing to travel frequently for recruitment and coordination purposes.
