- Sourcing Executive

Key Requirements Experience: 2 to 5 Years Salary: As per industry standards Someone with an entrepreneurial mind-set.

Job Responsibilities:

Coordinate with design/production teams to source fabrics, trims, and accessories suitable for sportswear.

Work on sampling, approvals, and product development aligned with brand aesthetics and functionality.

Ensure product assortment meets market trends, consumer demand, and seasonal calendars.

Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers.

Maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and reliability.

Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and lead times with suppliers to achieve competitive margins.

Monitor pre-production and production stages to minimize defects and delays.

Track purchase orders, delivery schedules, and logistics to ensure on-time availability of merchandise.

Maintain accurate sourcing records, vendor databases, and performance reports.

Stay updated with sportswear fashion trends, performance fabrics, and innovations.

Research competitor brands and global sourcing practices to keep products competitive. Qualifications:

2-4 years of experience in sourcing/merchandising, preferably in sportswear, activewear, or performance apparel.

Strong knowledge of fabrics, trims, garment construction, and performance materials.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and vendor management skill

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
