Role Summary:

We're seeking a

target-driven sourcing executive

to build a trusted breeder network, ensure ethical puppy sourcing, and maintain a clean, compliant supply chain that improves animal welfare.

Key Responsibilities:

Source the right puppies through verified breeders Build and manage breeder relationships Ensure health checks, age, and documentation compliance Track inventory and manage returns Maintain detailed records and coordinate with vets

Requirements:

1-3 years in operations or sourcing Target-oriented, reliable, and organized Strong communication (Hindi & English) and negotiation skills Basic MS Excel & WhatsApp Business proficiency Passion for animal welfare

Success Metrics:

Sourcing targets achieved Breeder network growth Health & documentation compliance Low return rates
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
