AVA Group is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sourcing Executive to strengthen our network of channel partners and brokers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing real estate brokers and sales partners to generate leads and close property sales for our ongoing and upcoming projects.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Identify and source new channel partners, brokers, and real estate agencies across Mumbai
+ Develop and maintain strong working relationships with existing developers, brokers, and channel partners
+ Conduct regular channel partner meets, training sessions, and project briefings to promote AVA Group offerings
+ Share updated inventory, pricing, schemes, and marketing collateral with channel partners
+ Monitor broker activity and track performance metrics, including lead generation, site visits, and closures
+ Stay updated about market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
+ Coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution of partner enquiries and client requirements
+ Prepare regular reports and updates for management review
Requirements:
+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
+ 1-3 years of experience in real estate channel sales, sourcing, or business development
+ Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills
+ Familiarity with Mumbai's real estate channel partner network is highly desirable
+ Proficient in MS Office Excel
+ Ability to work independently and meet sales targets under deadlines
