Key Responsibilities:

Identify required

raw materials and components

based on technical inputs from the engineering team. Validate material specifications and ensure alignment with

project requirements

. Gather

quotations from approved vendors

, and support the preparation of initial

Bill of Materials (BOM)

and

cost estimates

for NPD or RFQ submissions. Prepare

initial material requirement plans

for New Product Development (NPD) projects. Lead

vendor price negotiations

, finalize commercial terms, and raise

Purchase Orders (POs)

in line with budgets and timelines. Coordinate with vendors and logistics teams to ensure

on-time delivery

of parts, samples, and materials, especially during the

pilot phase

. Act as a

liaison between vendor, design, and quality teams

to facilitate timely sourcing and commercial closure for new parts. Support

design simplification

, explore

alternate sourcing strategies

, and contribute to

cost reduction initiatives

without compromising quality or timelines.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong interest in

supply chain, procurement, and engineering coordination

. Good understanding of

mechanical components and materials

. Effective

negotiation and communication

skills. Ability to work with

cross-functional teams

(design, quality, logistics). Proficiency in

MS Excel

and basic knowledge of

ERP systems

is an advantage.

Pay: ?360,000.00 - ?420,000.00 per year
