Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced

Sourcing Engineer

to manage and optimize our supplier base for mechanical and electrical components used in machine manufacturing. The ideal candidate will play a key role in vendor evaluation, cost negotiation, and ensuring timely procurement of quality materials.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers for mechanical, electrical, and fabricated components. Analyze market trends and sourcing opportunities to reduce cost and improve delivery timelines. Review engineering drawings and specifications to ensure technical alignment with suppliers. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery schedules with vendors. Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams for smooth execution of projects. Monitor supplier performance and initiate improvement actions as needed. Maintain and update sourcing documentation, contracts, and compliance records. Support make-or-buy analysis and localization of imported parts.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field. 3-5 years of experience in sourcing or procurement within the machine manufacturing industry. Strong knowledge of machining, fabrication, casting, sheet metal, and electrical components. Excellent negotiation and supplier relationship management skills.

Pay: ?300,000.00 - ?350,000.00 per year
