Role summary/Purpose: + Manage and resolve Internal/External Supplier Questions to support onboarding process
+ Interact with Global Sourcing, SAP IT, supplier onboarding Tool IT to resolve issue


+ Essentials Responsibilities :
- Send weekly reports on various Approval Statuses - such as Sourcing Finance approval, Pending ERP, SQE approval, Direct/Indirect Sourcing Approval.
- Manage Emergency Supplier Approval Process and follow up
- Manage various sourcing workflows
Supplier extension Supplier deactivation Internal supplier add Supplier quality approval Supplier Delete request - Answer supplier onboarding questions (internal and external)
- Ensure all cases are uploaded in Smartsheet and tracked with proper classification
- Update Supplier onboarding tool with required data when needed

Work Experience

Excellent Comprehension skills Excellent written and verbal English communication skills Excellent Problem solver Accurate/detail oriented Supplier onboarding or SAP experience is a plus Smartsheet experience is a plus * German, French, and/or Portuguese language is a plus
