We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sourcing & Closing Manager to join our dynamic sales team at Pecan Reams, a leading real estate company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and securing new business opportunities, while also managing and closing sales transactions. This role requires exceptional negotiation skills, a deep understanding of the real estate market, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Sourcing & Prospecting:
Identify and engage potential clients through various channels (cold calling, networking, online platforms, etc.).
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads by researching and analyzing market trends, property opportunities, and potential buyers.
Qualify leads to assess their needs and provide tailored property solutions.
Sales/Leasing Strategy & Execution
:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to close deals and meet monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Present properties to potential buyers, highlight key features, and negotiate terms to secure agreements.
Coordinate property viewings, presentations, and client meetings.
Closing Deals:
Oversee the end-to-end sales process, ensuring all steps are executed smoothly from offer to closing.
Manage all contractual negotiations, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Work closely with internal teams (legal, operations, etc.) to ensure timely and efficient closing of deals.
Client Relationship Management:
Build strong relationships with both buyers and sellers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Provide ongoing support to clients post-sale to foster long-term relationships and referrals
Reporting & Market Analysis:
Maintain up-to-date records of sales activities and client communications in the CRM.
Monitor real estate market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Report regularly to management on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights
Key Requirements
:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
Strong knowledge of real estate markets, trends, and regulations.
Excellent sourcing, prospecting, and closing skills.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple sales deals simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other sales tools.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for exceeding sales goals.
A real estate license (where required) or willingness to obtain one.
