Urgent opening Sourcing - Assistant Manager Printing and Packaging Industry - Mahape Navi mumbai
Qualification: Graduate (Any Stream) / Postgraduate (Preferably in Operation and Supply Chain).
Reporting to: Procurement Manager.
Experience: Minimum 5-6 years. (Preferably Printing and Packaging Industry)
Imm. joining:

• Team Leading
• Proficient in vendor Management and sourcing activity.
• Setting up of vendor evaluation on timely basis to measure their performance with
• respective to lead times, quality, and cost and taking necessary corrective action with
• vendor as needed.
• Knowledge and exposure in allied supply chain activities like logistics, customer handling and
• warehousing function.
• Cost negotiation to ensure business profitability, also analyse and take step for cost
• reduction.
• Build relationship with vendors and other internal stake holders to ensure seamless order
• fulfilment as per defined timelines and processes.
• Ensure supplier agreement is maintained and renewed on timely basis.
• Manage load distribution among vendors, by way of evaluating their capacity and past
• performance.
• Skills Needed:
• Advanced knowledge of excel to produce MIS for the management.
• Woking knowledge of SAP preferably in material management and sales and distribution
• module.
