Job Description

Develop and implement sourcing strategies to support business goals. Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable vendors/suppliers . Negotiate pricing, contracts, payment terms, and long-term agreements. Drive new product development in coordination with design, R&D, and production teams. Oversee sample development, trials, and ensure on-time approvals. Manage product costing and ensure competitive procurement without compromising quality. Monitor supplier performance, conduct audits, and ensure compliance with company standards. Stay updated with market trends, raw material availability, and innovative sourcing opportunities. Collaborate with quality, logistics, and finance teams to streamline the supply chain. Generate periodic sourcing reports and present cost-saving initiatives to management.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
