Sourcing and Procurement Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated

Junior Sourcing and Procurement Coordinator

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Vendor Sourcing and Coordination:

Identify, evaluate, and source vendors for marketing materials, primarily

brochures

. Serve as the primary point of contact for all vendor-related communications and coordination.

Influencer Identification:

Source and engage

social media influencers

in line with marketing objectives.

Online Procurement:

Execute necessary

online purchases

for general office and project needs, following established procurement procedures.

Negotiation:

Utilize

strong negotiation skills

to secure favorable pricing, terms, and contracts with vendors and influencers.

Stock Management:

Maintain an accurate inventory and oversee the

stock maintenance of marketing materials

, especially brochures, ensuring timely replenishment.
Qualifications:

Proven ability to research and source suppliers/partners. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively. Proficiency with online purchasing platforms.
