Job Description

We are seeking a smart, dynamic, and results-driven Senior Sales Executive. The ideal candidate should be ambitious, self-motivated, and passionate about achieving sales targets while building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and manage leads.?Conduct field visits to meet clients, architects, and contractors.?Present and promote company products and services effectively.?Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.?Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure customer satisfaction.?Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts.

Key Qualifications:

?

3-5 years of sales experience in construction, building materials, or interior-related sectors.?Strong communication and interpersonal skills.?Proficiency in English and Kannada; knowledge of Hindi is an advantage.?Highly motivated with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets.?Must be willing to spend significant time on fieldwork.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
