The intern will be involved in various aspects of audio engineering, including but not limited to:
Setup and Maintenance:
Assisting with the setup, testing, and teardown of audio equipment, including microphones, mixers, speakers, and recording interfaces.
Recording Assistance:
Supporting lead engineers during recording sessions (e.g., music, podcasts, voiceovers, live events), including mic placement and patch bay management.
Post-Production Support:
Aiding in basic audio editing, cleanup, mixing, and mastering tasks under supervision.
Archiving and Organization:
Helping to organize and maintain the audio library, session files, and equipment inventory.
Technical Support:
Troubleshooting minor technical issues with audio hardware and software.
General Studio Assistance:
Performing various administrative and operational tasks to ensure the studio runs smoothly.
Learning and Development:
Observing and actively engaging in learning processes for various audio techniques and workflows.
Qualifications
Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a program in
Audio Engineering, Music Production, Film Production,
or a related field.
Basic theoretical and practical understanding of
acoustics, signal flow, and audio principles.
Familiarity with at least one major
Digital Audio Workstation (DAW)
(e.g., Pro Tools, Logic Pro X, Ableton Live).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
A
proactive, eager-to-learn attitude
and the ability to take direction effectively.
Ability to lift and move standard audio equipment (e.g., speakers, amps).

Pay: ₹12,040.05 - ₹37,998.84 per month
