Experience: Should have experience in FMCG - GT Sales, distribution management, people management (Should have handled 6-8 salesmen or sales rep), should have worked in large markets and must have range selling experience Must have minimum work experience of 8+ years in Sales and FMCG industry. Should not be having a gap in career.
Qualification: A candidate needs to have regular graduation (Should not be from correspondence or Distance), PG is not mandatory.
Deliverables:
? Achievement of Sales Target (Primary and Secondary) for the assigned territory
? Handling distributors for the territory and ensure retail coverage as per beat plan.
? Ensure adherence to PJP for market visit and defined system apps for order capturing. ? Drive all schemes effectively in the market.
? To ensure all customer queries are attended timely.
