Job Summary

We are seeking dedicated Sorting Staff to join our team at Flipkart. The ideal candidates will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our warehouse by ensuring that products are sorted accurately and efficiently. This position requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality control.

Responsibilities

Sort and organise incoming and outgoing products within the warehouse. Operate warehouse management systems to track inventory and manage stock levels. Engage in picking and packing activities to prepare orders for dispatch. Handle materials with care, ensuring proper techniques for loading and unloading items. Conduct quality control checks to ensure that all products meet company standards before shipping. Assist in shipping and receiving processes, ensuring accurate documentation and inventory records. Perform heavy lifting as required, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Maintain a clean and organised work environment within the warehouse.

Skills

Proficiency in using warehouse management systems is advantageous. Experience in picking, packing, and stock management is preferred. Strong understanding of materials handling practices. Ability to perform quality control checks effectively. Experience with loading and unloading goods safely. Familiarity with warehouse operations is beneficial. Capability to handle heavy lifting tasks as part of daily responsibilities. Forklift operation skills would be a plus but are not mandatory.
