Key Responsibilities:
Create and maintain SOPs and process documents for all departments.
Collaborate with teams to map end-to-end workflows and identify gaps.
Prepare process flowcharts, visual documentation, and manuals for easy understanding.
Train staff on new or updated SOPs and monitor compliance.
Conduct periodic reviews and updates of all process documentation.
Support audits, compliance checks, and automation initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field.
2-5 years experience in SOP creation, process documentation, or operations.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart, etc.).
Analytical, detail-oriented, and process-focused mindset.
