Ideagen is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive SOP Analyst to manage the end-to-end Sales Order Processing and Invoicing functions. This role is critical to ensuring accurate and timely billing for our software products and services. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Success teams, resolve billing issues, and ensure compliance with tax and legal regulations.
Responsibilities

• Manage quotes and sales orders to facilitate accurate customer billing.
• Generate and issue invoices in line with contractual terms.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure timely invoicing.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and disputes.
• Ensure compliance with applicable tax and legal invoicing requirements.
• Provide support to the Finance team as needed.

Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in a finance-related role.
• Should have 3-5 years of relevant experience in billing and invoicing processes.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as NetSuite, Zuora, and Salesforce.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
