Key Responsibilities
Shoot high-quality cinematic footage using Sony mirrorless cameras (A7 / FX series)
Operate gimbals (DJI Ronin / Zhiyun) with precision and perfect stability
Capture wedding moments, live events, indoor & outdoor sequences with creative angles
Frame, light, and compose shots that elevate the overall narrative
Coordinate with the creative director to execute shot lists and visual concepts
Support basic to mid-level video editing tasks (Premiere Pro / Final Cut / DaVinci Resolve)
Handle equipment setup, maintenance, battery management, memory cards, and lighting gear
Adapt quickly to fast-paced event timelines and on-ground challenges
Travel locally across Mumbai for shoots as needed
Required Skills
Mastery over Sony mirrorless camera systems
Strong gimbal handling, including balancing, movement shots, and stability techniques
Good understanding of lighting (natural and artificial) and color tones
Basic to intermediate editing skills
Strong sense of composition, cinematic movements, and visual storytelling
Ability to stay calm, focused, and productive under time pressure
Reliable, punctual, and highly professional
Qualifications
2-3 years of experience in cinematography or event shooting
Wedding shoot experience preferred
Must have a portfolio or showreel
Should reside in or near Vile Parle for easy daily commute
Drone handling experience is an added advantage
