With headquarters in Espoo, Finland, we operate in over 150 countries around the globe.: Social Media TraineeAs a Social Media Trainee, you will be working as part of the MN Marketing team to post high-quality content for Nokia. Youll manage various social media handles of Nokia on LinkedIn, Twitter, and other social media platforms. Youll be responsible for day to day posting of content on these platforms. This position requires a creative and smart person who can efficiently multitask.Key Responsibilities:Proficient in social media posting software like Hootsuite, Talkwalker, etc.In-depth knowledge of social media platforms including Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.Proficient in extracting social media analytics, drive observations and make recommendations based on them.Drafting short-form content like captions and copy for visuals.Excellent proofreading, copywriting and storyboarding skills.Advance knowledge of Office 365 including MS Teams, Webex Meeting, and Event Center, and MS Outlook.Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel).Excellent communication and presentation skills are a must.Ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines and work well within a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.Education and Experience:QualificationsAny bachelors degree with relevant communications work experience with a focus on social media managementExperience minimum 1 year in Social media postings via HootsuiteDegree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Advertising/Marketing, etc. from a premier institute (Good to have)Additional Requirements:Telecommunication working experiences
