Job Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in business development, client handling, and a proven track record . The candidate should also demonstrate the ability to network effectively by attending conferences on both national and international levels.

:

Business Development :

- Generating business, defining business plans, achieving sales targets, and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.

- Responsible to generate sales leads.

- Plan and drive actions to completion so as to achieve projected business targets.

Client Handling:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and New clients.

- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients..

- Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.

Conference Participation:

- Attend national and international conferences relevant to Trading Industry

- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, industry experts, and potential clients.

- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.

Skill / Qualifications :

- Proven experience of 8 -15 years in business development and client handling.

- Only Female needs to apply.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally as and when required.
