Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Technical Solutions Engineer to support our String Inverter business in the utility-scale solar market. The ideal candidate
will play a pivotal role in market analysis, sales strategy support, technical validation, and
customer engagement across large-scale solar projects.
This role involves close collaboration with internal teams, customers (including Developers, IPPs, and EPCs), and channel partners to provide best-in-class technical solutions and ensure competitive positioning in a dynamic market.
Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market analysis to understand development trends, product demands, and

competitor strategies from a technical solution perspective.

• Assist in shaping sales strategy by providing actionable insights from market and

technology trends.

• Analyze technical requirements and product functionalities specific to solar inverters.
• Perform technical solution verification with customers, and support solution

optimization to maintain a technological edge.

• Provide pre-sales support for project bidding, including: Preparing Bill of Materials

(BOM), Developing Levelized Cost of Energy (LCOE) studies for complex scenarios

• Support Account Managers in communicating the technical and business value of

string inverter solutions to technical stakeholders.

• Assist and enable the local ecosystem including distributors and partners.
• Collaborate with Utility-Scale Developers, IPPs, and EPCs to promote and support the

adoption of string inverters.

• Willingness and ability to travel frequently for customer engagements, site visits, and

technical discussions.
Requirements:

• A technical degree is a must--preferably in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or a

closely related field.

• Hands-on experience with solar design tools such as PVsyst, PVSOL, and AutoCAD for

system dimensioning and layout planning.

• Strong technical understanding of solar inverter technologies and photovoltaic (PV)

systems.

• Solid grasp of LCOE (Levelized Cost of Energy) optimization and the ROI (Return on

Investment) impact of various technical solutions.

• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment, with a focus on performance,

efficiency, and value delivery. Enjoys working in cross-cultural and international
environments, collaborating effectively with diverse teams and customers.
